The Brief:

The owners of CANN Clinic approached PS Digital to investigate creating an online medical consultation and integration prescription order system. Having worked on similar projects previously, we were confident we could deliver a fully custom solution based on the popular open source Wordpress software. As well as creating the custom dev and web design, PS Digital assisted with brand strategy and full brand identity.

What we did:

Commencing with brand strategy, our Marketing team collaborated with the owners to explore brand name and positioning, and CANN Clinic was a clear winner for its simplicity and connotation to the products they offer. Our branding team then set to work creating the logo. Inspired by the CBD molecule, the logo conveys the pharmaceutical side of CANN Clinic and their products. Development of the website started with a detailed scope to fully understand the requirements of the many users types. These include; patients, doctors, pharmacy staff and administrators. The solution was a fully integrated Wordpress based website which allows patients to register, complete a medical and book a consultation with a doctor at a convenient time. The doctor then completes the consult using a dedicated Wordpress back-end, which issues a prescription that allows the patient to fill until their repeats are depleted. These orders are transmitted through to a pharmacy which fulfils the order, along with export to Australia Post for shipping and tracking purposes.
